Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancelling your Pro subscription on WispResume works.

1. How to cancel

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Pricing/Billing section). No phone call or written notice is required.

2. What cancellation does

Cancellation stops all future renewals — you will not be charged again after cancelling.
Your current billing period remains active: you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After that period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.

3. Refunds on cancellation

Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a prorated or partial refund for the current billing period. Refunds are only issued where required under our Refund Policy (for example, an unintended renewal charge, or a failed/duplicate payment).

4. Reactivating

You can resubscribe to Pro at any time from the Pricing page after cancelling.
